you for your interest in hiring me as the photographer on such a special day
for you and your fiancée. I look
forward to the opportunity to be your photographer and working with you to meet
your photography needs for your wedding day.
I am enclosing some information about the services I can offer you. It should give you an idea whether you want
to continue along and see some of my work.
Along
with my prices, which I believe are very competitive and reasonable, I have a
couple of other items I would like you to know about that I think are unique in
the service I offer. First I don't
charge by the hour. I feel you have
enough to worry about on your wedding day.
You don’t need to worry about photography time and whether you are going
to be charged extra. All my packages
offer ample time to cover the whole wedding.
My most basic package includes 4 hours of my time before, during and
after the wedding. The other advanced
packages include even more. I think you
will find this quite unique as most photographers only include 3 to 5 hours of
time in their packages. Another feature
of the services I offer is I have no hidden charges such as transportation
between events or additional charges for beyond the contracted proofs. If I shoot more than the contracted number
of proofs they will be included, free of charge, with all the contracted
proofs. Additionally, all my packages
(with the exception of my basic package) include a web ordering service. This will allow your family and friends to
view your proofs and order pictures if they desire.
In
addition to the packages outlined in my flyer, I have a basic package for $1100
(plus tax). This includes my services
and proofs only. Any album or enlargements
are purchased ala carte.
